The hotel had a warm welcome with a refreshing drink and quick check, in process. the staff was always friendly and ready to help with any request. the hotel location was great, with easy access to major business centers and restaurants. the room was clean and well, appointed with all the necessary amenities. the hotel also offered free high, speed Wi, Fi and breakfast, which was a great bonus.
The bathroom was small and outdated. the water pressure in the shower was not strong enough, and the towels provided were a bit worn out.

Great stay! The hotel offers excellent service and friendly staff. The location is perfect with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and equipped with modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi and an air conditioning unit. The highlight of our stay was the delicious complimentary breakfast and the relaxing spa services that we took advantage of. We also appreciated the shuttle service which made getting around the city hassle-free.
The gym facilities are outdated and could use an upgrade. the noise level from the street could be a bit distracting at times.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and friendly welcome we received. The hotel staff quickly checked us in and even offered us a refreshing welcome drink. The hotel's decor was unique and interesting, with vintage gramophones, telephones, and Bollywood movie posters adorning the walls. We loved the open garden gym and the Bollywood dining experience it offered. The hotel's cleanliness and hygiene standards were exceptional. The staff was always cheerful, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed. We were also pleased with the hotel's wifi speed, which was excellent. Additionally, the hotel went above and beyond by accepting multiple currencies for payment and even exchanging pounds to rupees on the spot.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The hotel is located a bit inside, ensuring a peaceful and noise-free environment for a good night's sleep. the entrance is lovely and the registration process is quick and friendly. the staff is cheerful and attentive, always checking that everything is satisfactory. the hotel accepts multiple currencies and even exchanges them on the spot. the wifi speed is excellent and there is a nice open garden gym. the hotel also offers non-spicy food options and has clean and hygienic rooms.
Some guests have complained about the lack of variety in the breakfast options.
